About the role
We are seeking to appoint an Access Communication Support Worker to provide support for children and young people with a vision impairment.
What will you be doing?
This role involves working directly in schools, supporting students with a vision impairment and adapting resources to enable accessibility to the curriculum.
The Sensory Impairment Service supports children and young people aged 0-19yrs who live across both West and North Northants. Applicants must be willing to drive to a range of schools.
About you
A qualification in braille and a knowledge of Inclusive Technology would be desirable, but the willingness to train is essential. Full training will be provided by the team.

The post is 37 hrs (5 days) /Full time,
