About the role
North Northants Grounds Services Team are looking for an experienced and motivated Administrator to join the Grounds Services Team
Principal duties will include working with a range of systems to provide a responsive service to internal and external customers, ensuring information is provided in a timely manner to relevant team members in order to monitor performance.
Accurate data inputting and above average IT skills are essential to this role.
What will you be doing?
You will be working within the Administration Team, answering calls from suppliers, customers and residents. Monitoring a generic inbox and dealing with queries from external/internal clients and contacting enquirers to update on service provision.
This role provides Grounds Services Team with effective support, and in particular in relation to general administration and data recording/monitoring surrounding the Service delivery of the Grounds Services Programme.
Duties require good knowledge of systems and procedures, as well as a focus on Customer Service.
About you
You must be able to work as part of a team, have good interpersonal and communication skills, an ability to prioritise workload and cope with changing work demands.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual with excellent customer focus, good organisational skills and the ability to work upon their own initiative.
