We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join the Housing Property Services Team based at the Council's Depot at Fleming Road, Corby, responsible for delivering the repair and maintenance service for the council's 8,000+ tenants.
What will you be doing?
Providing administrative and financial support to the Compliance Team.
Providing administrative assistance to the Housing Property Services team as required.
Promoting good standards of customer care and quality of performance.
Undertake research and data gathering exercises and assist with the production of regular monitoring reports.
Utilise and update in-house computer systems with statutory certification, repair and servicing information.
Assisting our Gas and Electrical Despatchers as required.
About you
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join the Compliance Team, providing administrative and financial support in relation to Statutory Compliance,
You will be a good communicator with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You will be committed to providing exceptional customer service, be deadline driven and have a keen eye for detail. You are someone who can build effective working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, contractors and customers alike and will enjoy working as part of a team, whilst also being able to work unsupervised.
