Tutor:
Sessional Tutors for Northamptonshire Adult Learning Service – Essential Skills
(NB: this is a zero hour contract, hours will be part time)
The Northamptonshire Adult Learning Service wishes to recruit experienced and highly motivated tutors to deliver part time courses in local venues across Northamptonshire. If you can create an exciting learning experience by inspiring and motivating our learners we would be interested to hear from you.
What will you be doing?
The Essential Skills team within the Adult Learning Service offer a wide range of accreditied courses such as Functional Skills English and maths and ESOL. As an Essential Skills tutor we would expect you to have experience in teaching either Functional Skills maths, English, ESOL or equivalent. A minimum of A level or equivalent in Maths or English is required to deliver on English and Maths courses.
Tutors are required on different programmes within Northamptonshire Adult Learning Service. A mixture of daytime, weekend and evening courses are delivered. More information on our programme can be found with the links below:

We would be interested to hear from tutors that can work in Daventry, Northampton, Corby, Kettering and Wellingborough.
We have vacancies for the following subject areas:
