About the role
Anti-social Behaviour Officer
Are you an experienced anti-social behaviour practitioner who thrives on supporting residents by robustly tackling anti-social behaviour?
Do you have excellent communication skills and the confidence and ability to organise and prioritise a busy workload in a challenging environment?
We are looking for an ASB Officer to join our Housing Service.
You will be part of a dedicated team working to support our tenancy officers to provide a robust and responsive ASB service for our tenants.
You will do this through the effective case management and investigation of ASB.
Key duties include:
Triaging all ASB complaints, carrying out risk assessments with victims and perpetrators, and agreeing action plans.
Liaising with relevant colleagues, statutory and voluntary partner organisations to enable robust and timely resolution.
Ensure responsive, proactive investigation of all cases, addressing root causes, and ensuring support is offered to victims and perpetrators at all times.

About you
You will ideally have experience of working within a social housing environment, responding to ASB.
You will have a working knowledge of housing legislation and an awareness of the full toolkit of anti social behaviour solutions, along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
