About the role

  • Delivery of swimming lessons or assisting with the delivery of swimming lessons, within the Swim England Learn to Swim Framework, using the GoLearn system
  • Delivery of diving lessons within the Swim England Learn to Dive Programme and provide coaching for Corby Steel Diving Club. This would include dryland training and pool sessions under the supervision of the Head Coach 
  • Maintain excellent levels of customer care
  • Plan and deliver a structured lesson
  • Record attendance and assessments

What will you be doing?

About you

  1. To undertake Aquatic instruction to all levels from beginner to club standard
  2. To undertake the necessary planning for each lesson to ensure that the course demonstrates progression throughout.
  3. To undertake monitoring and evaluation of lessons as required
