About the role

As part of its transformation journey, the Adults Commissioning and Performance Team is seeking to strengthen continued working collaboratively and productively with providers to improve outcomes for the population of North Northants.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our busy Brokerage and Payments Team, the postholder will have experience across social care services with a proven track record of strength-based practices. The postholder will have leadership and management experience, be solution focused, a good eye for detail and be able to introduce and embed processes to capture high volumes of data.

About you

We are looking to recruit people with excellent communication skills who have experience of working in social care and can adapt communication to meet the needs of individuals and stakeholders, the postholder will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of quality and contracts and will understand the challenges that can arise when trying to innovate. Our team of hard working and dynamic professionals work together to bring out the best in our contracted partners.

You will be self-motivated, organised, have confidence to challenge practice and have the ability to escalate concerns where needed. You will need to work on your own initiative and as part of a wider monitoring and commissioning team, reporting accurate information to support decision making and in a way that is meaningful to people using the service. You will be able to analyse data and use a variety of IT systems.
