About the role

This full-time Administrator role is an exciting opportunity to join a small, dynamic team dedicated to supporting the work of Northamptonshire Safeguarding Children Partnership (NSCP).

Our mission statement is for the children and young people of Northamptonshire to be as safe as they can from harm, exploitation and neglect.

What will you be doing?

The work is very varied from working with a range of stakeholders to support meetings by collating papers and taking minutes, to assist in developing reports and data, gather and process financial information to support effective budget management and support the Business Manager.

About you

You will need proven experience as an Administrator and have significant experience in good keyboard skills, setting up systems, minute taking complex meetings and providing secretarial support.

Be able to implement and maintain secure records systems, basic filing and retrieval processes along with a high level of confidentiality.

You will need to be methodical in your approach to work, be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, work under your own initiative but also be a keen team player.
