About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven individual who can join our small and friendly admin team to provide excellent administrative skills to the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) Team. You will be expected to have excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritise demanding workload and to be able to work under pressure.
The main focus of this role is to support the DoLS Team; DoLS is a legal process which involves the co-ordination of six assessments for adults who lack capacity and whose care needs are deemed to be depriving.
The tasks involved will include processing referrals; inputting data; checking information against client record systems and co-ordinating the administrative process along with general office duties.
The team is based at Haylock House, Kettering, NN15 6EY, however the role offers a degree of remote working based on NNC Future Ways of Working Strategy. Whilst working remotely equipment required for the role will be provided.
