About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the business support team within the commissioning and contracts team.

As the Business support officer, you will support the team to manage the workloads and prioritise workloads to ensure that all tasks within the team are completed in a timely manner

What will you be doing?

The team has a large remit and work across a number of different systems you will be involved with the following areas:

  • Provider supplier maintenance within Eclipse, Carefirst and ERP Gold
  • Contractual administration
  • ERP finance tasks
  • Process and procedure development
  • Supporting Project Groups

About you

  • Understanding of office environments, record maintenance/management and financial systems sufficient to devise and improve administrative systems.
  • IT skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail with ability to produce well-presented documents.
  • Able to plan and allocate work effectively and efficiently.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work in an organised manner.
