About the role

You will be required to create and lead sessions based on customers interests and hobbies.

You will also be required to support personal care and follow the support needs through a care plan.

You will need to be person centred, reliable, enthusiastic, and high motivated with good organisational skills.

What will you be doing?

Supporting customers to be as independent as possible, through activities, you will need to follow care plans and complete daily paperwork. You will be to adovcate on behalf of the customer to meet their needs and wishes.

This job role can be quite physically demanding therefore you need to be physically fit to undertake these duties.

Customer access the community, and a current driving licences is desirable but not essential

Their will be a requirement to provide personal care 

About you

We are looking looking for someone who is, motivated, enthusiastic, reliable and person centre, previous experience of working with adults with a learning disability is desirable bur not essential.
