About the role

Level 2 Aquatic instructors (casual cover)

Corby East Midlands International Pool are looking for Level 2 swimming instructors for our growing swim school.

We offer classes 7 days a week for approximately 1700 children. Monday- Friday 4-7pm, Saturday 8am-1pm & Sunday 8am- 12. Casual cover is for holidays and sickness, hours can be discussed in more detail at interview. 

The job will include the delivery of swimming lessons within the Swim England Learn to Swim Framework, using the Learn2 system.

Instructors are required to maintain excellent standards of customer care, ensuring lessons are structured, planned and delivered to a high level.

What will you be doing?

  • Delivery of swimming lessons within the Swim England Learn to Swim Framework, using the Learn2 system.
  • Maintain excellent levels of customer care
  • Plan and deliver a structured lesson
  • Record attendance and assessments

 

About you

  1. To undertake Aquatic instruction to all levels from beginner to club standard
  2. To undertake the necessary planning for each lesson to ensure that the course demonstrates progression throughout.
  3. To undertake monitoring and evaluation of lessons as required
