About the role

North Northants Leisure are accepting applications for the position of Casual Generic Leisure Assistants to support the day to day delivery of our leisure facilities and community services. Casual positions have no guaranteed hours and will therefore involve working flexibly, including weekends, early mornings and evenings worked on a rota basis.

This position is also open for applicants with the relevant Pool lifeguard qualification and sports coaches with relevant Level 1, 2 or 3 qualifications or equivalent.

What will you be doing?

Roles undertaken may include but not limited to the following;

Food and catering service,

Reception,

Sports assistant,

Pool Lifeguard (relevant qualifications required)

Gym Instructor (relevant qualifications required)

Sports coach/Leader (relevant qualifications required)

With duties including;

Answering the telephone, including taking enquiries/bookings.

Face to face customer service

Cleaning of facilities

Retail sales

Food service

working a till

North Northants Leisure are seeking highly motivated Casual Leisure Assistants to join their dedicated team. As a Casual Leisure Assistant, you will be responsible for producing excellent standards and the highest quality of work across a variety of leisure facilities and services.
