About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team dedicated to supporting the work of Northamptonshire Safeguarding Children Partnership (NSCP).

Our mission statement is for the children and young people of Northamptonshire to be as safe as they can from harm, exploitation and neglect.

What will you be doing?

The work is very varied proactively supporting the sub groups of the partnership and taking delegated lead responsibility for partnership functions and agreed statutory processes working with a range of stakeholders.

About you

You will need to be very methodical and proactive in your approach to work, be able to work under your own initiative to prioritise and manage your workload and work to tight deadlines. Proven experience of project work is required.

You will be responsible for managing the work of several of the partnership's sub groups and be responsible for ensuring their workstreams progress through arranging effective sub group meetings, take minutes and progressing actions.

Being part of a small team you will need to be a team player and willing to support colleagues as and when required.
