As part of its transformation journey, the Adults Commissioning and Performance Team is seeking to strengthen strategies for working collaboratively with providers to improve outcomes for the population of North Northants. We have exciting and ambitious plans for how we work in partnership with our independent adult social care providers creating an environment where we support people who draw on social care services to live active and fulfilled lives acting as a catalyst for improvement.

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual who has high aspirations for people in North Northants drawing on social care services, you will have experience in working in social care settings in either provider services, community teams and/ or provider quality.

You will be skilled in applying the principles of quality improvement, influencing change and working in partnership with multiple stakeholders.

You will work to support providers improve and develop service to achieve the outcomes for individuals.

You will be strength based, creative, solution focused with the ability to write evidence-based reports, you will demonstrate the ability to communicate in various formats across differing audiences.

You will show evidence of compassion, kindness and have a strong team work ethic.
