About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Provider Quality team, Team – Fixed Term / Secondment opportunity for a 1 year contract to cover maternity leave.
What will you be doing?
You will work with the team manager to shape and embed a robust quality offer to our commissioned providers; you will have an allocated portfolio of social care provider services that you will complete annual visits too.
You will be required to respond to Notifications of Concerns and work effectively with system partners internally and externally where necessary. You will lead, support, and engage our people whilst promoting service development and support.
About you
We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and tenacious individual who has high aspirations for people in North Northants drawing on social care services, you will have extensive experience in working in provider services or in a quality assurance / inspection function.
