About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join North Northamptonshire Councils Provider Quality Assurance Team. The role is a permanent role within the team. Where care services are commissioned and funded by North Northamptonshire Council, the team are responsible for assuring that care provision is of a high standard and excellent quality.
What will you be doing?
You will work with the team manager to shape and embed a robust quality offer to our commissioned providers; you will have an allocated portfolio of social care provider services that you will complete annual visits too to check the quality of care services being provided.
You will be required to respond to Notifications of Concerns when they are raised about a care provider to address any potential issues, and work effectively with system partners internally and externally where necessary. You will lead, support, and engage with services and those that they support to promote service development and support.
About you
We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and tenacious individual who is experienced in working with services that provide support to working aged adults (aged 18 – 65) with social care needs. The ideal candidate will have high aspirations for people in North Northants drawing on social care services, you will have extensive experience in working in adult social care provider services or in a quality assurance / inspection function.
