About the role

We are looking to recruit to the post of Education, Health and Care (EHC) Annual Review Administrator in North Northamptonshire Council.  This is an exciting and varied opportunity working within the statutory Education, Health and Care Team.

The role is fast paced supporting the EHC teams to carry out the administration duties around the statutory assessment processes. 

Training will be provided on our in-house systems.

This position will be a hybrid of office and remote working with the expectation that at least one day will be worked in the office at Tithe Barn Road, Wellingborough NN8 1BN.

What will you be doing?

Providing a comprehensive and confidential range of effective and transparent business support to the EHC operational teams.

Acting as the first point of contact for service users and professionals.

Co-ordinating and managing the teams processes and systems in relation to communications, 

Supporting the EHC Officer and Caseworkers with tracking the allocation and of cases, including data and performance information support.

Working closely and jointly with the other service members as required to ensure continuity of support for the EHC Service and undertake other tasks as appropriate

About you

You are a team player with the ability to use your interpersonal and customer service skills,  to effectively communicate in a range of mediums with stakeholder groups, as well as the ability to quickly form strong and effective working relationships.

You will have previously worked in an administration or business support role ideally for a large organisation which required you to work under pressure, utilising your organisational skills, ability to plan and prioritise workloads.

You will be able to think ‘outside of the box’ and a can-do attitude is a must.

You will have working knowlege and experience of using Microsoft IT packages including Word, Excel and bespoke databases, in an administrative capacity.
