About the role
We are looking for a motivated, suitably experienced and professional individual to assist the Private Sector Housing service with providing residents of North Northamptonshire with home energy solutions.
What will you be doing?
The successful candidate will be the central point of contact for private owners, residential landlords and residents across North Northamptonshire Council; to support and assist residents to maximise available energy efficient grants. The post holder will provide engaging advice and guidance to homeowners, landlords and residents on affordable warmth and energy efficiency funding opportunities. This includes advice in relation to grant funding available, eligible energy efficient measures and planned projects/works programmed in the North Northamptonshire Council area.

We are seeking a candidate with good inter-personal and communication skills, who has a strong track record of providing high quality, effective and customer focused service.
