The role of the Finance Business Partner in Treasury and Tax is to provide high quality financial support to ensure NNC can achieve its corporate objectives. This is a high-profile role and requires good management skills to ensure finance services provided are professional and customer focused.
What will you be doing?
Finance Business Partner - Treasury and Tax
This role will be responsible for supporting the Strategic Finance Business Partner and Senior Finance Business Partner in delivering the Treasury and Tax function across NNC.
This will include being an integral part of the team providing:
- day to day treasury management activities, such as forecasting cash flows, completing daily dealing, compiling monthly treasury reports and quarterly benchmarking data.
- the VAT function, conducting activities such as monthly VAT returns and being part of VAT related projects across the Council, providing VAT training to finance colleagues and budget managers.
About you
You will be CCAB part qualified /AAT qualified (or equivalent).
