What will you be doing?
Have experience of managing both in house gas engineers, officers and admin staff together with monitoring contractors. A good knowledge and understanding of health and safety requirements in conjunction with the role with the ability to write Task based risk assessments and Safe systems of Work. Apply CDM regualtions
You will report directly to our Interim Compliance Manager.
About you
You would need to be suitably qualified and experienced, to perform the role, having served a recognised apprenticeship in Gas, plumbing & Heating , with minimum qualifications accreditations being CCN1,CENWAT1,CKR1,HTR1,and CMDDA1 either qualified or being sort.
Have a clear sense of responsibility and focus with a “can do” attitude. To provide technical leadership to our Gas team of Officers, electricians, admin staff and be responsible for the duties , on, repairs, new boiler installations, heating upgrades and servicing and maintenance.
