About the role

North Northants Council are currently recruiting for an ambitious and highly motivated individual to join our Greenkeeping Team at one of our leisure facilities, Priors Hall Golf Course.

What will you be doing?

As Greenkeeper you will be responsible for producing excellent standards and the highest quality of work on an 18-hole public golf course and all surrounding grounds, admired by both club members and pay and play customers.

As Greenkeeper you will be required to undertake general course maintenance on a daily basis under the management of the Head Green keeper to ensure that the course is well kept throughout the golfing season.

 

About you

Flexibility will be essential, particularly over the summer months and leading up to and during competitions and large society events. The position is full time, 37 hours a week and it is essential you can work early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.

Experience of working at a Golf Course is desirable but not essential, however successful applicants require a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Sports Turf (Greenkeeping).
