About the role
As an HR Advisor at North Northamptonshire Council, you will be at the heart of our operational HR advisory team working closely with frontline managers.
You will reflect our “One Council” values and behaviours, ensuring that these are embedded within the culture of our organisation and leading by example.
The role will require travel between North Northamptonshire Council Offices as required.

What will you be doing?
This role offers an opportunity to provide operational and strategic guidance and support on a comprehensive range of HR and employee relations matters, from case management to change programmes, all within a business partnering model.
You will act as a trusted advisor, empowering managers with the knowledge and tools they need to make sound, business-led decisions.

About you
You will have first class verbal and written communication skills and the ability to develop and present managers with a range of people related options, assessing any associated risks to support informed decision-making.
Attention to detail and the ability to analyse workforce data to improve operational effectiveness is a must.
