About the role
We have been developing structures to reflect our priorities and ambitions, and this has resulted in the creation of a new role.
The Head of PMO: Capital and Transformation will have strategic and operational responsibility for the development and implementation of arrangements to report on progress against the Council’s Capital Investment Programme and its programme of Service Improvement and Change.
What will you be doing?
The role will work with others to define programme and project governance and reporting mechanisms to ensure project managers provide details of progress, risks and outcomes against each project.
The postholder will also manage a small team of business analysts which are to be deployed across the Council to support transformation.
About you
You must have a Programme/Project Management qualification or significant proven experience. You must also have team management and development skills.
