What will you be doing?
Working closely with the Housing Service Improvement Manager and supporting the Heads of Service within Housing, the role will support the delivery of continuous improvement across each area. The role will be involved in a wide range of areas including performance monitoring, service improvement, complaints management, service planning, system support, consultation and engagement and regulatory compliance to ensure positive outcomes for tenants in line with Regulator of Social Housing’s consumer standards.
About you
For this role you will need:
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Good level of knowledge of housing legislation and regulations
- Strong organisational and analytical skills that can be adapted to service delivery
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience of supporting various consultation and engagement activities
- Ability to drive service improvements working in collaboration with others
- Effective time management skills and ability to use your own initiative
