About the role
Adult Learning Service are looking for an MIS Data Team Leader.
To line manage and monitor a team of Data Administrators ensuring an overview of the workload is maintained and deadlines are met.
The role will provide managers with regular reports on progress towards targets.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, possess good time management skills and demonstrate an ability to prioritise workload, set deadlines and cope with changing work demands. Strong numeracy skills and significant experience of Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail, accurate data inputting and above average IT skills are vital for the role.

What will you be doing?
Principal duties will include working with a range of systems to provide a responsive service to internal and external customers, ensuring information is provided in a timely manner to relevant team members in order to monitor performance.
About you
You will have experience of:
- Line management in a supervisory role
- Data analysis
- Working knowledge of MIS systems
- Working with database structures
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A knowledge of Community Learning would be an advantage
