Operations Support Officer - Internal Applicants Only

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting day-to-day service operations by managing administrative processes 
  • Responding to enquiries from learners, staff, and external partners with timely and accurate information and advice.
  • Using data systems (particularly TERMs) to input and maintain accurate learner records and generate both routine and complex reports.
  • Monitoring data quality and working with MIS and Exams teams to ensure information is current and accurate.
  • Helping identify and implement improvements to service processes, contributing to ongoing development initiatives.
  • Supporting colleagues through informal guidance, sharing best practice, and providing cover during periods of absence.
  • Building positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to support collaborative and effective service delivery.
