What will you be doing?
Providing admin support to the Housing Property Services Compliance Team.
Updating electronic records with statutory certification information, ensuring accuracy at all times.
Liaising with other Departments including Legal to ensure the service is compliant.
Assisting with collation of figures for performance monitoring.
Taking minutes of meetings.
Answering customer queries and complaints.
About you
We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail and can work to tight deadlines and prioritise their own workload.
Customer focused, providing excellent customer care by being responsibile, flexible and dedicated to getting things right first time wherever possible.
Possess good IT and keyboard skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work as part of a team.
