RSAP Tenancy Support Worker

Your differences make us different - #achievetogether

About the role

This is a new and exciting opportunity having secured funding from Government through the Rough Sleeping Prevention and Recovery Grant 2025/26 (RSPRG) to provide move-on homes to help reduce rough sleeping in North Northamptonshire. Our portfolio of RSAP properties provide settled supported accommodation to our cohort of individuals who have experienced rough sleeping on an entrenched basis and who have often experienced trauma leading to complex support needs.

We are therefore looking to recruit a dedicated and motivated individual to provide a seamless tenancy support service to rough sleepers accommodated via this programme.

Please note this post is fixed term for one year with the possibility for extension dependent on external grant funding.
