About the role

Are you a focused individual who wants to put their skills to good use? We are seeking a super organised, motivated and versatile Planner to join our team. You’ll need to be proactive, ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way and be able to respond with options or preferably a resolution. You will coordinate and motivate all involved in the Voids Repairs team. You will work with all trades; Plumbers, Multi Trade, Plasters, Gas Engineers, Carpenters and painters, scheduling works orders through our in-house appointments system, allocating repairs works to trade operatives whilst ensuring a safe & high performing customer focused service is maintained.

You will contribute towards performance targets and ensure all systems are up to date. You will also be a key point of contact for our teams 

What will you be doing?

The Voids Planner will be responsible for undertaking daily diary scheduling for numerous trades persons on the DRS system.

The successful person will schedule work for internal team members plus following up to ensure jobs are completed and any agreed variations are raised accurately.

  • Planning, scheduling, and allocating repairs.
  • Ensuring the correct prioritization of works and the efficient use of the available repairs operatives.
  • Applying correct schedule of rates codes to standard repairs works orders both for the in-house team and for contractors.
  • Tracking and monitoring progress of works to ensure they run smoothly for our  trades and staff.
  • Updating records and ensuring information is correct.

About you

Applicants should have experience working in a high-paced administration role alongside excellent telephone and I.T. skills. Good communication skills and customer service experience would be beneficial, however full training will be provided.
