What will you be doing?

Key responsibilities will involve meticulous record-keeping utilising various databases and corporate systems, including the IAS Service database. You'll be tasked with generating timely and accurate reports, orchestrating and assisting in meetings and other events as directed by the service manager, and ensuring seamless arrangements for these activities.

Additionally, you'll be instrumental in the upkeep and development of the IASS website and social media platforms, fostering an engaging online presence. Your role will also entail collaborating in the enhancement of systems supporting caseworkers, guaranteeing the efficient functioning of the service.

About you

Applicants for this role must possess previous administration experience, as it is deemed essential. Your application should demonstrate a track record of strong organisational skills and acute attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is required, along with a polished telephone manner.

The ideal candidate will exhibit the capability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team setting. A creative flair for crafting engaging, branded content for our social media platforms is highly valued, showcasing the ability to think innovatively and "outside the box."
