About the role

As a CIPD qualified and experienced HR professional, you will be skilled in achieving business focused solutions to drive organisational success through people.

The role will require travel between North Northamptonshire Council Offices as required.

 

What will you be doing?

You will work collaboratively to build the capability of line managers across the organisation by providing effective guidance and pragmatic advice.

About you

You will have an eye for detail and possess excellent communication skills. 

You will be skilled in all aspects of supporting complex employee relations matters and developing customer focused solutions. 

You will be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision and will act as a role model for more junior HR team members.
