About the role

Join our forward thinking HR Advisory team to shape the future of our organisation.

Interviews week commencing 23 January 2023.

What will you be doing?

As an experienced HR professional, you will be skilled in supporting high level change management initiatives, including TUPE, to achieve business focused solutions.

You will work collaboratively with managers across the organisation and work in partnership with our Trade Union colleagues.

About you

You will have an eye for detail and possess excellent communication skills. You will be skilled in all aspects of supporting complex employee relations matters and developing pragmatic and customer focused solutions.

You will be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision whilst ensuring other members of the team are supported.
