About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Safeguarding Adults Team Manager.

This is a chance to lead and build on the work that the Safeguarding Provider Team have been doing and put your mark on the future direction of travel in an important area of our work at NNC.

This role involves staff supervision, holding team meetings, sickness and performance management, overseeing duty system, dealing with complaints and working within key legislation such as The Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.

 

What will you be doing?

You will be involved in the day-to-day prioritisation of the team’s workload and prioritising timely allocations to meet the key performance indicators as well as working in partnership with stakeholders including NSAB and Provider Services. We are looking for someone who loves a challenge, is a team player with creative problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise and work under pressure. You will receive regular supervision and support from the Service Manager.

Your role will also be key in helping shape our services and embedding the new ways of working.
