As Tenant Liaison Officer, you will be the first point of contact for tenant enquiries, supporting with their business requirements. This role includes front of house duties, accommodation viewings, attendance at meetings and maintaining the marketing and events platform.
Good interpersonal and analytical skills are essential along with appropriate standards of customer care and with the correct regulation interpretation in respect of policy.
What will you be doing?
You will have good levels of spoken and written English and an ability to relay (in writing and verbally) complex eligibility issues in plain English to a variety of stakeholders.
Able to work under your own initiative, you will have the ability to plan and organise your time to ensure that deadlines and agreed targets are met, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and consistency. You will need to be able to continue to work effectively and consistently even under pressure.
We are looking for someone who is a strong team player, able and willing to work with their colleagues in a very busy environment, and play a key part in delivering high quality services for businesses of North Northamptonshire.
