What will you be doing?
Corby Innovation Hub and Corby Enterprise Centre provide accommodation and support to both established and start up businesses.
We are seeking a highly motivated, conscientious Receptionist/Administrator to join our team.
A good level of customer care and ability to work under pressure is required, along with a flexible and friendly approach.
The successful applicant will be organised and have a good level of IT skills (knowledge of ERP Gold system would be an advantage).
Applicants must be able to demonstrate previous experience working in a customer facing environment and able to use their own initiative.
This role will be mainly based at Corby Innovation Hub with a requirement to work across other sites within the service area as required.
About you
Provide Reception services at Corby Innovation Hub, Corby Enterprise Centre. Front of house, meet and greet Council members, dignitaries and members of the public, directing them through the buildings. Undertaking general clerical and financial administration tasks. Ensure the reception area is kept clean and tidy and any issues are reported in accordance with reporting procedure. Pro-actively feeding back to Management, customer comments, reaction, complaints, compliments the like. Receive and redirect telephone calls on behalf of tenants. Update social media, proactively marketing the centres. Mailroom duties including distribution/franking/special deliveries. Photocopying items as required by tenants. Recording data for sundries invoicing. Compile monthly newsletter. Health & Safety/compliance duties including emergency lighting/ disabled call functions/water flushing etc. Diary co-ordination for the centres meeting rooms including ordering and costing of catering requirements.
