About the role

Working as part of a wider team of Business Support Officers within the Commissioning and Performance team, you will have a lead role in supporting the Community Resource (Brokerage) and Payments Team  you will be inputting care packages, updating trackers, supporting data reporting, general admin tasks and liaising with providers and internal teams.

The Community Resource and Payments Team is a busy team, it holds up to 350 referrals at any one time, you will need to have an eye for detail, work at pace, have effective communication skills and enjoy team working. This role offers a great opportunity for career development.

The role will be hybrid working, on average 2 days per week working from the office in Kettering and 3 days remotely.  Initially the role will be working from the office in Kettering 5 days per week until training has been completed.
