About the role
The Early Childhood Service - Early Years are looking to recruit two Early Childhood Service Sector Support Officers to join our small Early Years’ Service supporting the childcare sector in North Northamptonshire.
We are looking for compassionate, enthusiastic team members with a ‘can do’ attitude to join us on a full time basis working with our childcare providers
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Providing an effective, timely Early Childhood Sector Support Service to childcare providers, Schools, internal and external colleagues/stakeholders.
Supporting the Early Childhood Service Childcare Sufficiency and Compliance Officer to ensure the Service and the Sector is statutorily compliant.
Ensuring that eligible children in the county take up their funded place and support parents/carers to check eligibility and find suitable childcare
The role will require working closely with colleagues and stakeholders in the County therefore a team member with excellent communication both verbal and written are essential.

What will you be doing?

About you
You will be fully computer literate and have extensive experience of MS packages, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
You will be using a wide range of NNC systems for which full training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will be dynamic, a forward thinker, a problem solver and have the ability to communicate well on all levels
