About the role

Join our forward thinking HR Advisory team to shape the future direction of our organisation.

Flexible working hours are supported.

Interviews: week commencing 23 January 2023.

 

What will you be doing?

As the first point of contact, you will provide expert advice and guidance on a range of employment matters.

You will manage a range of employee relations matters in relation to investigations, disciplinary, grievance and change management.

You will develop excellent working relationships with employees across the organisation and work collaboratively with Trade Union colleagues.

About you

You will have excellent communication skills and an attention to detail to proactively analyse data to support the business development needs of the organisation.

You will have the ability to work independently and will also be able to support colleagues in the wider team.
