About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Support Officer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by providing administrative and logistical support. Your strong organisational skills, ability to multitask, and proactive approach will be essential in helping us achieve project goals and deliver results.

What will you be doing?

- Assist in the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.  

- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.  

- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and following up on action items.  

- Support project managers in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions.  

- Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and engaged.  

- Conduct research and gather data to support project development and decision-making processes.  

- Act as a secretariat for project and deployment boards, capturing notes and providing advice on project governance.

About you

We are looking for someone with:


- A degree or equivalent qualification, or relevant experience in business change/ Project  support.

- PRINCE II Foundation level or similar project management certification.

- Strong experience using Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams and Monday.com.

- Knowledge of project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile.

- Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work in an IT environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering to deadlines
