About the role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join the Housing Property Services Team based at the Council's Depot at Fleming Road, Corby responsible for delivering the repair and maintenance service for the council's 8,000+ tenants.

What will you be doing?

Providing administrative support to the Gas and Electrical Teams.

Providing administrative assistance to the Housing Property Services team as required.

Promoting good standards of customer care and quality of performance.

Assisting our Gas and Electrical Despatcher in their duties and provide cover if/when the need arises.

About you

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join the Gas and Electrical Team, providing administrative and financial support in relation to Statutory Compliance, 

You will be a good communicator with excellent organisational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You are someone who can build effective working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, contractors and customers alike.  You will enjoy working as part of a team, whilst also being able to work unsupervised.
