About the role

To be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of North Northamptonshire Council’s Responsive Repairs team , providing a high quality and cost effective repairs and maintenance function. 

 

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for carrying out repairs inspection on housing stock along with line management for a small trades team allocated for the works. 

Communicating with the customer, trades management and members.

Provide a high level professional efficient service

 

About you

Working in a busy responsive repairs team based in the councils Fleming Rd depot, Corby.

You will interact with a wide variety of people, and will need to be enthusiastic, methodical, self-motivated and possess excellent customer service skills along with PC skills.

Experienced in this sector or similar.

A Full driving licence is required for this role.
