What will you be doing?
We are seeking a Heating/Gas supervisor to join the Housing Property Services Team based at the Council's Depot at Fleming Road, Corby, working across the whole of the NNC authority. As a member of our team your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering the repair and maintenance service to the council's 8,000+ tenants.
- Providing technical support and supervision to the Heating/Gas Team
- Providing technical assistance to the Housing Property Services Team as required
- Promoting good standards of customer care and quality performance
- Assisting the Heating/Gas Team Leader in their duties and provide cover if/when the need arises
About you
We are looking for a Heating/Gas supervisor to join the Heating/Gas Team, providing supervision and technical and financial support in relation to Statutory Compliance.
You will be a good communicator with excellent organisational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You are someone who can build effective working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, contractors and customers alike. You will enjoy working as part of a team, whilst also being able to work unsupervised.
